Thank you so much for making what many describe as an awful experience – a great one.  We felt that you really cared about every detail and if was not just another ‘job’ to rush through.  You showed incredible attention to detail and thought in every aspect of the house.  Sensitive equally to the practical, as well as the aesthetic.  Your ability to draw, explain and detail on email, reducing on-site visits, made the whole process easier, as did our confidence in you that no decision would be made without at least a brief conversation.

Your exceptional organizational and time management skills kept everything as seamless as possible – I have never heard of a building project running so perfectly to schedule.  It was obvious while talking to both suppliers and trades that you are well respected in your industry.

We appreciate your sensitivity to our costs, always trying to get a more reasonable quote, offering your opinion when you thought an upgrade was not necessary – it did not go un-noticed.

All the trades you employed were patient, polite and obviously skilled.  We are thrilled with the quality of the house and had faith in all the tradesmen we came in contract with.

Glenn is very well organized and thinks a job through thoroughly before commencing. He combines the ability to understand and organize a job with excellent communication skills and the highest standards of personal integrity.

Glenn was responsible for all aspects of the project and he was able to complete it within the time scales we had agreed as well as within the total budget framework.

I found him to be a person with significant construction experience who was able to carry out his work in a highly competent manner. He demonstrated very good skills in leadership and management and had the respect of Contractors and Suppliers with whom he dealt.

We engaged Glenn purely by chance as we were seeking local building advice. Glenn was an incredible source of local knowledge with a comprehensive understanding of building and bushfire restrictions. This conversation evolved into Glenn’s assistance with finding a local designer to him working alongside us to develop our building plans and gain the necessary permits.

When it came time to decide on a builder we knew we already had the most dedicated, committed and experienced person in Glenn. Glenn’s work has been incredible, from his communication to the final construction we could not fault him. Whenever we spoke to the trades on site they were full of genuine praise for him, citing his high standards, attention to detail and efficiency.
